Cruise of the Vikings

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Seabourn Quest

Fabulous multi-country cruise from the British Isles to Iceland, Greenland, Newfoundland and Canada following the route of the Vikings. Ship's size allowed us to go places with stunning scenery that could not be viewed by anything larger. Room service was always on-time. Thomas Keller Grill was excellent. Main restaurant (dine when you wish) was great, too. We enjoyed outstanding service and ...

Best ship experience .... ever

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Seabourn Quest

We have taken over 70 cruises. In fact that is a guess because we have lost count. We booked this 36 night trans Atlantic some time ago as we are tired of trans Atlantic flights and this itinerary looked very good. We had take two Seabourn cruises in 2022 and had a nice experience. When I learned that Quest was a small ship with around 400 pax, I was a bit concerned as we had been loyal ...

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Le Dumont d'Urville

This was a make-up cruise following COVID cancellations. The itinerary looked interesting, included many places I'd never been, and I liked the starting and ending points. Also, there was no single supplement, something that Ponant offers a lot and I really appreciate that. As to how it went, I love Ponant for so many reasons, it's hard to narrow it down. I'll start with the ship, beautiful, ...

Great service as usual on Seabourn!

I have sailed before on Windstar, Ponant and Seabourn. From boarding in Dover( a dream of ease ) to disembarking in Copenhagen, both were effortless and lovely experiences compared to air travel these days, that I refer to as "combat travel"! They know your name within a day or two, and the service is remarkable from all departments! They enable you to note your preferences before hand as far ...

They called me by name from the beginning!

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Seabourn Quest

I just returned from my first, but not last, Seabourn cruise aboard Quest. The ship itself was wonderful, but it was the staff and crew that impressed me the most. From the first moment I arrived on board, I was made to feel as if I were the most important person in the world. Almost from the moment I boarded, all of those with whom I came in contact knew and called me by my name! (I realize ...

Another fabulous cruise

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Seabourn Ovation

We chose this cruise (22 days London to Barcelona) because the itinerary suited us and we had cruised 3 times before with Seabourn and each cruise had been better than before. This cruise did not disappoint. We spent 9 days in London prior to driving down through Kent to Dover, an excellent way to start a holiday. We had booked a B&B in Dover but on arrival the host was most unpleasant so we ...

Seabourn has the best service on the Seas!

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Seabourn Ovation

To begin, this wasn't my first cruise, just my first Seabourn cruise. The Seabourn company makes booking, travel, embarking, etc. very easy and organized. From the second you arrive, you'll realize this is no ordinary cruise ship. The entire staff, without exception, is friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly when on a cruise, looking to pamper and attend to your needs. ...

Seabourn Quest's First Ever Meet & Mingle Party

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Seabourn Quest

We booked this cruise for its awesome itinerary. We've been in over 115 countries, but not Iceland or Greenland. Those of us on the Roll Call thought we'd have a Meet & Mingle get together. The Quest was unaware of such a social gathering. I met with the Hotel and Bar Manager who made our Meet & Mingle possible. I was so delighted such a party would take place. Guest services helped in ...

Circumnavigation of Ireland

Have sailed on Cunard, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Holland America. This was our 4th Seabourn cruise. We like the beauty of the ships, the great food and service. This was a port intensive cruise and gave us, we think, a good tasting of Ireland, as well as stops in the Scilly Isles, The Isles of Mull and Iona in Scotand, and Holyhead, Wales. We took only 3 excursions - one to Tresco and it's ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Insignia

It is important that everyone knows that the O'life promotion if you pick the free excursions they must be booked at least 14 days before sailing. Once on board you can not pick your excursions and will have to pay the full price of the excursions. I did not know that so I thought I would pass that information along. This ship Insignia had the best food of any cruise or land based restaurant I ...
