We had previously cruised with Crystal in 2014 and 2015 and I was concerned about recent reviews about the Serenity. Our cruise involved ports in the UK, Ireland, Amsterdam and Belgium. I am happy to say that the overall experience concerning service and food was uniformly excellent.
