I chose this cruise because I have traveled with NG/Lindblad before and wanted to see Costa Rica with this group of naturalists etc. The timing was right for my daughter and I to travel together. we were looking forward to seeing the wildlife primarily. We have traveled all over the world and decided to take a quiet small Lindblad/Nat. Geo cruise for health reasons. We chose the Panama Canal and Costa Rica. IT WAS BY FAR THE WORST TRIP WE'VE EVER HAD. The boat itself was not well maintained - dirt and rust spots all over (we were later told it was going to be replaced soon).
