It was the worst cruise experience by far. The ship is designed in a way that Haven guests are preferred. As a regular passenger you just walk around those closed areas. To start our vacation our flight from Toronto was at 7 am. When we got to La Guardia the staff were very helpful but we had to wait in the coach for the transfer to the ship and were not even offered a bottle of water.

Wanted to travel to Bermuda and try out the Prima. Overall , it is a very nice ship with a upscale feel. Only got turned around a few times , but the layout was easy to master after a few days. The key is to travel on your stateroom deck to the proper elevator bank then go up/down.
