My wife and I, together with 9 of our relatives, booked 5 adjacent balcony-staterooms for our recent cruise on Royal Caribean ("RC"). On the first night, we were woken up at 11.30pm by loud jumping and running noise above our cabin. We tried to put up with it till about 12.30 midnight before we called the guest service.
