Beautiful seaviews and horrible imbarcation

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Splendida

We got to Treviso Cruise Terminal with economy private transfer directly from Piazzale Roma in Venice where we spent one week with our friends. After arriving in Terminal we had a bad experience with very long burocracy and had to wait about 4 hours before enter in the cabins. This MSC ship is one of the best and have incredible internal design. Our trip in Mediteranian was full of advantures, the ...

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on Mein Schiff

Right now, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic there isn't much of a choice. I live in Dusseldorf, Germany. Started cruising in 2013 and just celebrating my 50th cruise. The well-known cruise line AIDA failed due to lack of permission of its registry country Italy and Corona positive crew members. It seemed that TUI Cruises was doing better. The planned itinerary - from Hamburg (Mein Schiff ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Queen Victoria

We've cruised some over the years: river, small ship, big ship. It's a great way to travel. Queen Victoria is the most gorgeous ship I've ever seen. I was so immediately "at home", all the positive reviews of her are true. I am grateful to Cruise Critic reviewers for all their information, it really made a difference. Actually, we found our cruise to be better than the reviews. While there ...

A wonderful cruise in Fjords

Review for a Norwegian Fjords Cruise on MSC Preziosa

We didn`t explore the departure city before our cruise this time, because in the past we have already been in this city. Embarkation and disembarkation every time is going to slowly. The ship was very nice and big. The cabin was spacious enough and clean. The food maybe could be diversified for breakfast. The shore excursions are a bit to expansive but very organized. I have been in each port in ...

My first time with Costa, the first of many more to come!

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Costa Pacifica

This was my first cruise with Costa (Baltic Sea 12 days), and honesty I was very sceptic about chosing this company (mostly due to the accident with Costa Concordia). We cruise a lot with our family and tried many cruise companies but Costa surprised me totally! The ship Costa Pacifica – it is not the biggest and most splendorous one, but clean and very well maintained, which is unusual for ...

Norway Fjiord Cruise, Yacht Club Makes All The Difference

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Preziosa

We booked a Norway cruise a year prior on Norwegian and they canceled our cruise three months later! We had used points for the flights and booked a longer vacation around this cruise so we had to scramble. Thankfully, the MSC Preziosa was doing a nearly identical cruise. A quick look showed limited restaurants and an overall heavy lean towards Italian preferences which was understandable. ...

MSC PREZIOSA Northern Europe Cruise July 2018

The MSC PREZIOSA is a great ship, the design is very modern and beautiful and the staff and fellow cruisers were nice. The food in the buffet was great as well in the Golden Lobster restaurant. The swimming pools and the hot tubes were very good too. The embarkation and disembarkation of the ship were fast and efficient. The choice of bars is very wide. The pools and the hot tubes are usually ...

Great Baltic Sea Adventure, Very Nice Ship!

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Costa Pacifica

We chose this cruise for its itemerary and price. It was a very good value. You need to understand Costa is an Italian/German line and there's not many English speaking guests on board. If this is a problem for you DO NOTGO ON THIS CRUISE, My wife and I enjoy being around people from around the world. If we want to only be around overweight people speaking English we can just go to the local ...
