We heard a lot about the quality of Windstar cruises and decided to check it out. It certainly met out wildest expectations . We took a 5 day land tour of. Denali before embarking on the cruise in Juneau. The small ship provided a great intimate experience. The ship never felt crowded and we did not feel like we were in a herd of tourists. We were able to easily meet and make friends with ...

This was my first cruise. Went with my sister and my mom who has mobility issues. My sister and I wanted active - hiking, kayaking and other adventure - while my mom was limited but still wanted to enjoy real Alaska. Every day was perfect - we kayaked among the icebergs, bushwacked, hiked and explored. My mom took skiff rides up to glaciers and saw wildlife up close. The guides were great with her ...

We wanted to experience Alaska on a small ship. The Un Cruise Wilderness Explorer and her crew made the trip on of the GREATEST vacations of our lives. The kayaking and zodiac rides were AWESOME! Hiking was fantastic and the wildlife viewing was all you could ask for. I saw more bears than in my last TWO trips to Alaska. As for the dining I gained a pound a day even thought we were VERY active ...

Boarded S.S. Legacy in Juno on 6/22/14 with my father, 32 crew members and a bunch of other people I didn't know. Left the ship 7 days later sadly saying good bye to a bunch of new friends from the crew & passengers. THE ENTIRE CREW WAS INCREDIBLE! After sailing with Un-Cruise, I couldn't imagine sailing with anybody else. Getting to know the crew, their life stories, seeing how they were truly ...

Just returned from 12 days with Un-Cruise Adventures on S.S. Legacy, Juneau to Seattle, and cannot say enough about the onboard style, the staff, the food, and above all, the 'adventure'. With the ability to spend as much time as needed in any given location, we were treated to 3 hours (!!) watching humpback whales bubble feeding in Icy Straights; we 'swam' with porpoises just off the bow; we ...

My wife and I joined the Celebrity Cruise 7 night cruise/4 night land Tour Southbound commencing 29th August, 2005. Unfortunately my baggage was lost for 4 days so it didn't start well. We can only say we were extremely disappointed by Celebrity's Land Start. The day trip to Denali (THE PARK WAS FANTASTIC) was to say the least terrible. The bus was an old school bus and we were on it for 8 ...
