I have written to tui 4 times to complain about the holiday but have not had any satisfaction. The dreamliner plane and staff were not good. One person landed without a seatbelt, and the seat in front of us was not in an upright position as it was broken. We were herded from plane to ship. Some staff on the ship were unhelpful, and rude.
