Cruise staff onboard did all they could to please customers. Ship and cabin in need of updating, but fine. Landed in Montego Bay and eventually arrived with luggage in cabin 4 hours later! The first and foremost part is what let’s the whole thing down. We were forced to leave our baggage outside the rooms at 2am the night before leaving . I complained and said I wasn’t comfortable and I was told their was no option. We cruised from Montego Bay calling at the Cayman Islands, Cuba, Honduras, Cozumel Mexico, Guatemala, Belieze and Costa Maya in Mexico. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. This was our first cruise with Marella. Our first impression of the ship was good it was clean and easy to move around. Travelled with a family group for special celebration. The cabin was a Deluxe Balcony Cabin on 7th Deck. Adequate but a bit shabby and in need of refurbishment.
