Cheers package- we had this and it cost us about $617+ for my husband and I. Drinks range from $6.85-$15.00 each. Carnival Elation Sailing out of Jacksonville. We were 3 couples with suites V 2,4,6 all together. We all had junior suites and are members of their VIFP club (frequent cruisers) which allows priority boarding. The embarkation process was a breeze.
