Short summary - top class, giving us the relaxed and comfortable, quiet holiday we expected.
Staff prior to departure in Seabourn's Sydney office pleasant and helpful and, importantly, extremely efficient.

My wife and I are back from our first Seabourn cruise, boarding the ship in Istanbul on August 31, 2013, and concluding on September 14, 2013 in Athens.
First the positives:

For our 25th wedding anniversary, we were very lucky to be given the chance to take the trip of a lifetime--a gift from my grandfather. We've been cruising since 1989, starting that year on Canberra (great ship). Since then we've moved up the quality scale a bit and over the last 7 or 8 cruises have come to prefer the Grills on Cunard.

This was our first time travelling with Seabourn and loved the experience. We thought the suite was very spacious with muted decor; loved the granite and marble double basin bathroom and loads of room in the walk-in-robe.
We found most of the multi-national staff very attentive and friendly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seabourn to anyone.

We get back just in time to attend the 7.30 pm performance of Sufi Music Concert & Whirling Dervishes Ceremony being held within walking distance of our Hotel at the Press Museum. We stroll home after the show and settle comfortably back into our hotel sanctuary. Tomorrow is the start of our cruise!
