Just disembarked the Quest after 11 nights from Istanbul to Athens. The experience was top notch and rest assured that the crew is getting more and more up to excellent standards . We cruised on the Azamara Quest sailing out of Istanbul down the west coast of Turkey and through the Greek Islands. This is probably the best cruise we have taken and the Quest is in excellent shape for an older ship. Quest is said to have been overhauled in 2021. Everything was perfect. Able to drop off our cases at bag drop on our arrival midday, check-in was shown to commence at 14.00 and it did. We love Azamara for its informal, friendly feel, along with excellent service, great food and inclusive wines. We definitely enjoy the small ships and interesting itineraries. Having experienced one mega-ship cruise, we will never go above 700 capacity again.
