Before I begin my review of this cruise, I want to say that we are Sapphire with NCL. That means that we have spent more than a few days cruising with NCL and have seen many changes over the past few years. We cruised 46-days with NCL in 2023 alone. Where to begin? Our outside cabin was great - spacious, heaps of storage space, excellent bathroom with non-stick shower screen and screened toilet. Buffet offered great choices but the decor needs updating. Some dishes were very salty. The pub restaurant was a nice place to dine or have a coffee and watch the atrium entertainment but choices were very limited, and service was very slow (almost non existent) ...

NO WATER, NOR SODA, NOR JUICE COULD BE TAKEN ABORD, All my 8 bottles of water were confiscated on bording the ship. when they should have been returned they were lost. We had some doubts after reading several reviews regarding the ship, especially the availability of good wines by the glass and the standard of service. However once on board we had no issue with the quality of wine, when asking for some other region of wine the staff were very obliging and delivered. Likes and dislikes are individual tastes and here are mine. There are many pluses about the Nautica. The staff is very good. The rooms are comfortable with marvelous mattress and bed linens, plenty of storage, and adequate 220 and 110 outlets. I could bring alcohol and wine on board.
