Service was excellent everywhere. The crew goes out of their way to be friendly ad accommodating. The ship itself is amazing and beautifully maintained. If you are a drinker, make sure and buy "UP" - the Ultimate Package. All premium alcohol is included, as is Starbucks coffee. Left out of Galveston for a 7-night cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. Ship had been recently refurbished and was beautiful! We had a balcony suite on deck 8. Big cabin with plenty of storage space and a nice couch. Plenty of room even with beds separated into twins. Food was very good (desserts were a little disappointing, but that was a minor "problem").
