This was the Kid Rock Cruise, which the the Sixthman group did extraordinary stuff. NCL was horrible with communication. Cons: This cruise line does not compare to Carnival or Royal Caribbean. We will not sail with Norwegian in the future. First, the ship smells terrible; like a hospital cafeteria. We went to specialty dining only. First three evenings dinner was cold. Great wine menu but only a few wines served by glass. Suite was good in regards to size and cleanliness. Our first experience, which ended up being a sign of what was to come was at the Blue Lagoon while waiting for the cruise to start. To start with the good- the show "cripton" was excellent. He is an illusionist and performed some great illusions. His show as well as the acrobatic team were entertaining. Disemarkation-we had an excellent fellow who helped my mom in a wheelchair for getting off the ship. She had difficulty getting to the actual meeting place for that service but was helped once she got there.
