Had one of the worst starts to cruise with over 90 minutes waiting in various line ups for embarkation. So slow that they had to delay lifeboat drill as the line up was still very long at 3pm when normally everyone is onboard. Appears staff were still in training mode. We sailed on the Salute to Veterans cruise, Nov. 5-9, 2013 out of Houston, TX. This was the first cruise to sail from the Houston Bayport Terminal. We arrived in Houston two nights before embarkation, so we could see some of the sights of Houston.
