Cruise ship was in poor maintenance, toilets constantly backed up, rusty and dirty balcony. Very poor experience. Customer relations was terrible. Generally, crew was not friendly. Food was a big disappointment being vegetarians. NCL offered no help in despite having booked in advance with our request. Had to eat in the buffet. None of the restaurants would offer vegetarian food (some offered to cart food from the buffet).
