Norwegian Spirit: loved the size of the ship and the recent refurbishment made it feel like a new ship. Our window cabin 55** was perfect for 2 people. This ship is the quietest one I’ve ever been on. You could hardly hear the engine or feel vibrations. I only went to a few of the production shows and they were of a very high standard. Food onboard was typical of cruise fare but we loved the Asian ...
I selected this cruise since it cruised the Hawaiian Islands before setting sail to Alaska. The ship itself is beautiful after its major renovation, we were reluctant at first to select the cabin ocean view right at the front of the ship it was greater than I thought the view of the bow, the rain on the window at night was very nice. We have been to Alaska quite a few times and enjoyed it once ...
I chose this cruise as it hits two of my must see destinations - Hawaii and Alaska.
This was a repositioning cruise out of Honolulu ending at Vancouver. 16 days with 7 or so sea days.
Clientele mostly USA or Canadian on their way home. Age group was primarily 60s and above, though I did see a couple of toddlers under 7. There is really nothing to do for kiddies on the ship so be aware if ...
Bucket-List destinations !
All is GREAT !!!
Unless you contacted Covid-19, Then you're a 3rd class citizen.
While quarantined service is non-existent and meals delivered to cabins are VERY limited, untimely and unpredictable.
Fortunately we had an excellent cabin-steward (who could not enter our cabin)
but allowed us to regularly exchange towels and emptying of trash.
My ...
this was supposed to be a celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary, we were originally, sailing in. 2020, but after numerous delays we sailed in May of 2022, we had our flights included in the cruise. we were supposed to fly out of Rochester New York, found out at 3:00 AM that was not going to work and had to drive 90 minutes to Syracuse, got the flight and made it to Honolulu, 2 beautiful days ...
We had a wonderful time. The crew really are a credit to Celebrity - nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they do everything so cheerfully. We had the best waiters in the MDR in Mary Grace and Umesha - they truly cared about what they were serving and were fabulous.
Captain Alex was very engaged with us and we looked forward to his daily announcements.
Our cabin was mid ship on ...
I hate flying. So any cruise that docks in Australia is attractive to me. It was easy to get to the port from Waikiki but we left it late and got traffic. This was a good size ship. The cabins are quite spacious and decent. The staff are great. And who doesn't love Tahiti. The entertainment, food and general feel is this cruise is great. The breakfast ends in the restaurant at 9 am and with ...
We chose this cruise mainly for the itinerary and knew the ship was old and smaller than others. We like the smaller size ship and wish cruise lines would stop making them bigger and bigger.
The itinerary was nice (Honolulu -> Vancouver). The ports were very nice. The cabin was tight but who spends time in their cabin anyway :). The main dining room food was very good compared with other ...
This was my first time cruising with Celebrity, but I had sailed with other lines previously. The demographic was what I expected, mostly 30 or 40-somethings and up. The staff onboard worked extremely hard to ensure I had everything I needed and that my experience was a positive one. The captain always had a good sense of humor, and I enjoyed his commentary during daily announcements. The area ...
We took this particular cross pacific cruise from Hawaii to Vancouver for the route it was sailing and also, the price was very attractive. We sailed in Concierge Class and we enjoyed the little extras it gave us, like priority boarding, tender service, sparkling wine and snacks every day. Our cabin was located on deck 10 in the forward part of the ship, it was very quiet, hardly any noise at all, ...
