Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Norwegian Sky

LETs just say the crew used English words not from the dictionary. Yea okay, hows it going, like like. NO MANNERS. Most of the crew was not polite, not trained, rude, and not educated. It was really a bad experience. The Food was really Cheap. You could say it compared to waffle house or big boys, and IHOP. The service was terrible. Don't expect a refill. The only beverages for free was Coffee ...

I was on the Pride of Aloha leaving Honolulu on 10/31/07. It was a real disappointment. When we arrived at the airport baggage claim area, a representative was holding a Pride of Aloha sign. When we approached her, our greeting was " Go over to pick up your bags and walk to the bus!" No aloha greeting. Very rude. We went to pick up our luggage and walked over to the bus drivers. Not a word was ...

My daughter and I have both cruised Royal Caribbean and Princess lines, both wonderful memorable experiences. NCL in one word a disgrace. Arriving to a cabin that had not been clean with urine on the floor of our bathroom mirrors sprayed with soft drink or the like window sills covered in dust no less than shameful. They were extremely embarrassed and expressed apologies, however, we waited a ...

I would not take this cruise line into consideration for my future vacations. We took this ship June 10th to June 17th 2007. The service was anything but professional, courteous, or helpful. The freestyle dining is a con. The buffet is closed from 2pm to 4:30pm with no other options to eat. No restaurants.. no nothing! However the bartender did offer me peanuts! There are 3 other restaurants on ...

We arrived by plane no one from the cruise line showed to bring us to the pride of aloha. When we boarded the boat we told we don't care that had you pay for transportation even after showing them my transfer slip. As you can see this review is not going to be pretty. It is not safe to go back on the Pride Aloha. After boarding we went to our penthouse suite. We called down to our butler and ...

I won't take another NCL cruise. The best thing about this cruise was the ease of embarkation and de-embarkation. Otherwise, in my opinion, the value was not there. Here's why: First, forget what they call "Free Style Dining". A better term would be "Serve Yourself at the Buffet OR Pay $10 per person per night for dinner access IF (and it's a big IF) you can get a reservation at a specialty ...

We decided to book a cruise for our anniversary since we really like Hawaii and had stayed there for our honeymoon. We booked a 7 night cruise and a package of three nights prior to boarding. The hotel was very nice. We could get checked in for our cruise at the hotel which was very nice and speedy. We felt we were always pushed to purchase shore excursions, which we did. We have sailed before, ...

INTRO: I am a habitual cruiser. 13 so far and the 13th was so miserable that I had to find a way to tell someone. I have traveled on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Princess. All have been fairly good to great. My mother and I decided to treat ourselves to what we thought would be a luxury cruise. EMBARKATION: We arrived at the port which was old and badly worn. There was no festive atmosphere ...

This was the first cruise we ever went on so we didn't know what to expect. We had 3 nights in Honolulu at the Hilton, 7 day cruise then one night at the Marriott. Our travel plans arrived about 3 weeks before the trip, at that time my wife checked our airline seats. NCL had us booked from Boston to O'HARE to HONOLULU. They had us booked for two different rows on a 777 aircraft. She made several ...

After hearing about amazing cruise trips from friends and family over the years we decided to insert a 7 day cruise into the middle of our wedding trip. Our original plan was to get married on board and add a few days in Oahu at the beginning and end. What a mistake ! We were very lucky that before our trip I had decided to hire an outside group to arrange a wedding on the beach while ...
