I agree with the last person who wrote a review. This ship of under staffed and they are under a lot of pressure from the powers above. When ever there is a problem no one is interested, they always have to speak to their boss, who then had to speak to their boss who then had to speak to their boss and that went on forever.

1. Extreme vibration at times, which was not there when we sailed on the Rhapsody previously.

Flew Auckland to Hawaii on Air New Zealand, Pacific Economy class. A 9 hour flight, which left on time, 11am NZ and arrived Hawaii at 9.45pm, USA time, and gained a day as crossing the dateline. Nice flight. No problems getting through Security etc at Hawaii and Waikiki bus shuttle ($9 one way) ...

First class Staff in Honolulu made embarkation a pleasure. It was obvious that they had had a lot of experience. Process was super efficient and stress free, even though we chose not of use services of a porter to shorten the queue.
