This is our 6th cruise with Azamara and we were somewhat concerned at how things would be on board after suffering through the booking process on the new, badly implemented and frankly appalling booking system.
First impressions are that the ship is looking a little tired with some areas needing a spruce up but overall these issues are not major.

We chose this ship mainly because of the itinerary. The cabin was designed well and of reasonable size with a walk in closet and a balcony. This was our first time in a Neptune Suite. We loved the convenience of the concierge just down the hall, the priority dining seating, and breakfast in the Pinnacle Restaurant.
We originally signed up for a Signature Suite, but were offered an upgrade to a Neptune for just $250 each on a 15 day cruise. It was well worth it. It will be hard to cruise in anything less next time.

We chose Azamara as we wanted to try a smaller ship experience.
Small it most definitely was with a bathroom you could hardly turn around in. I can’t begin to imagine how a large person would manage.
