NOT a 6 star

Review for a Asia Cruise on Azamara Quest

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary from Hong Kong to Tokyo and for the cherry blossom. The itinerary changed and the apple blossom didn’t show!!. We used Imagine Cruising to book as there were a couple of tours included for the mega bucks charged. (As it happened they were not worth the money.) Boarding was a complete nightmare. They excused it by saying they hadn’t done it since ...

No reason not to sail on Azamara again but no compelling reason either

Review for a Asia Cruise on Azamara Quest

We chose the cruise to meet up with family from the UK and to visit Japan for the first time. This was our first time on Azamara. The embarkation in Hong Kong was chaotic. Most staff are a delight and go out of their way to help; a few should find another occupation. We only did two ship's tours and they were excellent. Our main complaint was the lack of port information before we docked. ...

Wonderful on Wonder of the Seas!

Wonder is an amazing ship! To start we arrived one hour early to board (10:30). They allowed us to board and the entire process took maybe 10 minutes. Very organized. Once on board, we walked around to see the ship and WOW it is magnificent! We had a quick lunch at Windjammer before it got too busy. Food was pretty good. Cabin: We booked an ocean view balcony. We loved the massive TV! ...

We purchased the Intimate dinning package but due to your malfunctioning app where unable to book dinning or shows. I went to guest services for help and they sent me to a dinning stand who then then told me the Dinning was all booked and I had to go to each to try to book. Wasted hours running around the ship. We went to Hooked Seafood and I got food poisoning and had to go to medical (who ...

Great experience on the MSC Virtuosa

Review for a Middle East Cruise on MSC Virtuosa

The check in and boarding process was smooth and our deck 8 cabin with a balcony was more than adequate for 2 people. The food was way better than we expected and we enjoyed eating at our assigned restaurant each evening. The serving sizes were just right and the quality and variety more than satisfactory. The Market Place buffet was great for breakfast/lunch/ late night snacks. We did not try any ...

We are avid cruisers (7 lines) and this is our 4th with Seabourn. This was suppose to be our 'celebratory' 40th wedding anniversary dream vacation! The corona virus situation was a fast paced, evolving situation which we were acutely aware of. We landed in Hong Kong, our start point on Jan 31/20. The WHO had declared the Corona Virus a "global health emergency" the day before. ...

SO LITTLE TIME

Not having cruised to the extent of some others, we have previously sailed with Silverseas and Oceania and so do have something to compare with. Firstly, the good: Embarking in Hong Kong it was really nice to have our luggage already in our cabin by the time we got there, which was less than 15 minutes from kerbside drop-off! The cabin was very spacious ( V5 grade ) with the benefit of a ...

Safe and Sanitized -

Review for a Asia Cruise on Norwegian Jade

The itinerary was perfect. The ships crew kept everyone safe from the Corona Virus by spraying every passenger with sanitizer at multiple checkpoints around the ship. At no time did I ever feel unsafe and unprotected from the corona virus. Was awarded an upgrade from an inside cabin to a mini-suite in the rear of the ship by bidding online prior to departure. The cost was a lot less than I ...

Amazing ship

Review for a Asia Cruise on World Dream

Wanted to try this ship because it was pretty new. The ship was clean (public areas as well as the stateroom - I stayed in a balcony deluxe stateroom so it had a tub too), and its layout was well thought out as well. The boardwalk was a nice thought as most of the newer ships these days are built without a promenade deck that is unobstructed by lifeboats, so it was nice to have this feature ...
