Old ship, not remodeled. Staff on the ship work very hard, could not overcome poor management and worse leadership.
1- no smoking ship but when we complained about the cabin next door smoking all time. They were to busy to do anything. Several trips to the front desk.

I chose this cruise because of the wonderful ports offered and because I had previously cruised with Holland and been quite pleased. From an experienced cruise traveler: STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRUISE LINE

This company understaffs their ships. Not enough crew members to serve the passengers properly.
The ship sailed before dry dock repairs were completed (we found that after the ship left port!). Repairs were done while sailing. Loud noises. Debris falling in balconies. No access to top deck.
