What a shame HAL can't get it right, the reviews are telling the story,take notice to the reviews, you are hitting your customers with too many add on costs.
$12.00 us per day per person cabin gratuity to pay for wages..total rip off!
Over priced beverages then you add a gratuity charge on top...total rip off
Port excursions charges are double the price you can get at the ports ...
