Eurodam refurbishment has hit the mark! INCREDIBLE

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Eurodam

The Eurodam's refurbishment has transformed it's cabins to the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we've ever seen aboard a cruise ship.(we were in a Neptune Suite cabin 7051) My wife and I were in Europe for a Seabourn cruise that was only a week long and we cast about for another cruise that we could do to extend our time in Europe (it's a huge waste of money to go the expense of ...

Disorganized - 4 port changes with little notice! HAL Eurodam Venice 12 day

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Eurodam

We chose this 12 day cruise from Venice for the ORIGINAL ports of call & price (Venice, Olympia, Athens, Istanbul, Kusadasi/Ephesus, Lesbos, Santorini) . It turned out to be only Greek Isles. Indecision and poorly executed itinerary changes plagued the entire trip. Worse yet - all the excursion booklets were wrong or missing ports for half the trip, and excursion tickets were not re-issued with ...

This was our second cruise on the Eurodam. The pricing of the cruise & flights were excellent. The pricing of the flights allowed us to travel Business/First Class on all flights, which made the long overseas flights comfortable & luxurious. The variety & selection of food was very good. Two on deck buffets had every conceivable kinds of meat, vegetables, fruits, deserts & beverages. All of the crew ...

Eurodam 12 days Venice-Barcelona, departed June 23, 2016. We have taken more than 35 cruises: HAL, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Cunard, Norwegian, Renaissance. On this cruise we took children and grandchildren. Debarkation at Venice was awful: We flew to Venice two days early, selected hotel near Pizzzale Roma ( where airport bus arrives and location of people mover(monorail) to ...

Great Itinerary

Great cruise, very clean, excellent staff. The only big miss was the long walk in the hot sun from the water taxi drop off to the terminal for check in. I almost passed out from the heat. I wasn't expecting a long walk and did not have a hat and I would have lightened my computer bag. There was a poor welcome on board with no drink or directions or offer of an escort to our cabin. HAL made a very ...

Beautiful ship and great ports

Price was right. Food was good the first week but then it became repetitive. Entertainment in Main Room was mediocre. Singers and dancers weren't that good. The illusionist was good and they had a special female singer that was good. They had a room featuring stringed instrumen duets and trios that was excellent entertainment. There was a movie theater with plush recliners and free popcorn. What's ...

This was pretty much a last minute booking less than 2 months prior to departure, due to the fact that I received an unbelievable offer from HAL for the cruise. Not only was I able to get a fantastic deal on the cruise, but HAL was able to get me an AMAZING deal on airfare as well. They were able to get me round trip Business Class for only a few hundred over what Delta wanted for economy and well ...

Very old ship and has some management problem.

Review for a Mediterranean Cruise on Oosterdam

It was not a good experience for a cruise trip. Oosterdam is a very old ship. It even lost all power more than 1 hour during our trip. Besides, I requested a 3-people balcony room but there was no sofa bed in my room. They asked me to sleep to the other room which was very far away from my room and it was so inconvenient. The good thing was that they finally asked somebody else to switch the ...
