I think the only minus about this cruise on the newest Holland America ship, Rotterdam, was that we aren't used to the majority of people being 70, 80 and even 90 years old. This was our first time sailing Holland America. Although that did make it a quieter cruise.

This was our third cruse on the Rotterdam and the best one yet. We were on the 21 day sailing in Neptune Suite which was absolutely beautiful. The balcony was so large it could be used as a dance floor. Our cabin attendants were excellent. They were there in the morning and evening and any time in between that we asked. That 5 days solo cruise was the one just before the ship going to Europe. A lot of people took this one and the crossover (back to back). I wasn't one of the lucky ones. The deal costs less than 1000$ CDN. Stops were Nassau, Key West and Half Moon Cay.

This was our second cruise with Holland America and first on the Eurodam. The Eurodam is a very nice ship, having been recently spruced up with new dining room furniture and new carpeting throughout the ship.
