This was our second cruise with Holland America and first on the Eurodam. The Eurodam is a very nice ship, having been recently spruced up with new dining room furniture and new carpeting throughout the ship.

We chose this cruise to relax with family members 1 year before the cruise, who knew how bad we would need it. Embarkation was well organized and quick at Ft Lauderdale, under 30 mins from the time we dropped off out luggage to the time we were in our cabin! Chose this cruise for the itinerary but loved it. Definitely an older person cruise. We were a group of 30-40 to with a toddler (one of 3 onboard) and even without the toddler were half the average age. We loved the ports. Delbert McClinton's Sandy Beaches Cruise XXVII....really enjoyed this ship! Boarding was a breeze, as was our debark on the last day. Just off the Koningsdam Mexican Riviera cruise 12/10/22 to 12/17/22. Great time and cruise. Of course there are always some pluses and minuses, but overall it was good! Love cruising out of San Diego! As we live here it is so convenient not to have to fly anywhere. I wish more cruising options were available.
