We selected this cruise based on reviews and advice from past guests. The cruise was reduced from 7 days to 5 days due to the need to repair the azipod propulsion system which took 2 days to complete thereby making the ship a floating hotel. Wanted to see Hawaii. Twice we requested wake up calls and did not receive.Holland web site advertises Dutch Cafe 16 Dutch and Belgium beers with 4 on tap. DID NOT HAVE. Met with beverage manager his answer was they were ordered but not sent. Hard to believe a company as big as CARNIVAL{who owns holland} can't get what they order covid is over.

We just got back from an 7-day Alaska cruise on the Eurodam. The service was impeccable. The food isn’t gourmet, but it’s quite good for mass produced fare.
