We had no idea things were this bad in the Industry that they were nickel and diming passengers every time you turned around. Awful! We had so many issues too numerous to name on this ship. We have said on 7 cruises and this was by far the worst. Seaview pool is not adults only. kids were there. Drink package...we had a hard time getting refills. Only until 10 at night, after that only after 6am. This was our second cruise with Holland America and first on the Eurodam. The Eurodam is a very nice ship, having been recently spruced up with new dining room furniture and new carpeting throughout the ship.

I have been on several HAL cruises before and really felt like this was my cruise line. One thing Eurodam had that I loved was their library. It was expanded quite alot and had very current authors and books. I and other passengers loved this amenity.

We chose this cruise to relax with family members 1 year before the cruise, who knew how bad we would need it. This cruise was wonderful.
Embarkation was horrible. No order. It was simply a free for all. No one followed what order there was.
Our dining room waiters were great and we never had a bad meal. These waiters would stand on their heads if you asked them to. Our room stewards were wonderful. Kept our cabin very clean. We made our own bed. Anything to make their job easier.

I traveled on this cruise as a chartered cruise. While most of the crew was friendly, my previous 3 cruises on HAL were much better.
