We’ve sailed in HAL and I find they have excellent service. This was no different. I really loved the itinerary (Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and the Bahamas) and they had great choices for shore excursions. We chose this ship because we are not into mega ships and had been wanting to do the Panama Canal. This delivered so much more than expected. The food was excellent, the service superb.
