Holland America made many promises about Neptune class but failed to deliver:- 1. The Noordam is one of HAL's older, smaller ships. It's in good condition but doesn't sparkle. The crew is well trained and very nice. But the reasons for taking the Atlantic Coast cruise are the stops. Each one is a gem, even if you just stay in the cities for the day.
