We had previously done a cruise with HA in 2015 and it was amazing. We thought we would receive the same service this time when we chose a 23 day Mediterranean Cruise.

Guest services warns against taking large notes on tour excursions yet refused to change my 200 Euro note so I could have smaller notes.
