This was our first cruise so expectations were high. First and foremost all crew members were welcoming, kind, professional and very helpful. The stateroom had a veranda which was perfect, however, the bathroom shower curtain had some mold on it and should have been replaced. Amazing time!
Great food in all places
Great service all around
Ports, we love the Aqua Trax at Halfmoon Cay. We appreciated the clean up and move of clam shells down the beach.

We were on a 7 night Western Caribbean cruise with scheduled stops in Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.
Embarkation was fairly fast. At Fort Lauderdale, you are put in a group of 30 people and you board when your group is called, so it was about 45 minutes to board, with no issues at all with getting to our cabin.

On a cruise in January 2024 on the Nieuw Amsterdam. The ship was clean and our room stewards, Hendra & Eva, were attentive and kept our room clean and organized. As we were on our first cruise ever we chose the Niew Amsterdam because it is a mid-size ship. We spent a wonderful week. Embarkment and disembarkment went very smoothly and rapidly as a wheelchair was required for one of us. Easy process. No line!
