Have sailed on HAL many times over the years.
Not our favorite line but consistent and convenient departure ports.
Overall, everything on the ship is acceptable for the cost.
We always take a Neptune suite to enjoy an experience that is somewhat similar to our preferred lines.
Staff needs additional training. Some very good. Others poor.

We are an Australian couple who have taken 20 cruises. Previously we have sailed 21 days on the Koningsdam and 15 on the Noordam. This is HA newest and largest cruise ship and we wanted to try it after having done the Volendam in December 2018. Happy that we did.
