Booked this cruise because HAL markets itself as the Alaska experts (75 years going to AK). What a mistake. The ship was at 70% passenger occupancy but 50% crew occupancy. I contracted COVID in June 2022 on the Koningsdam incurring $4000 of expenses that Holland America promised to reimburse in writing and they did not fulfill their commitment.
