The Ship Is amaizing it is more than I expected and the cabin was just wow. The dining was suburb and the dining room attandents where the best they spoil you and pamper you. There are lots of activities and entertainment the only problem was time to enjoy them all and repeat. The best was the service OMG it was amaizing talk about WOW service especialy to solve problems. Get the ultimate dinning package. It was well worth it! We are so well! If you have a chance to do chefs table, I definitely would. There was plenty to do on board. The entertainment was fantastic. Make sure you go to the fine line and grease. For how many people were on board it didn’t feel crowded. They handle the amount of people very well. The only place you felt the crowd was waiting for the elevators. The only critique I have is the sauna package was a little under wellming. Our balcony stateroom was kept very clean. And the staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend the ultimate dinning package and the ultimate drink package. We ate at a nice restaurant every night and every sea day for lunch. We didn’t have to deal with the crowds. Well worth it. Make sure you reserve your restaurants and entertainment when you arrive on board. Read Less

I love RC but this was not a hip or fun cruise ... not many single or youn adult things. The nightlife was awful and boring. The comedian was the same every day unlike others that changed them in port of calls the casino was smoky even on non smoking side and the robot who made drinks was awful. They need to remove that Robot.. get happy bartenders and add a martini bar or something else. The food was marginal and need more 24 or til midnight options.. it would be great if they had more open venues as all of the shows were booked day 1 and it was impossible to see shows with NO options. This was sad I was happy with the dinner staff and variety but if you sat diwn for breakfast in dining area it was the same daily... sadly they did not change daily. We needed variety. I picked Harmony because I wanted the biggest and best ship to take my Teens on. They had the time of their lives on the ship, made lots of friends and wore themselves out daily. The boarding on and off the ship was extremely quick. The staff is the most polite and helpful I have ever seen on a ship. The food, wasn't the best I have ever had but there was plenty of options and the lines were not too terribly long. I can't imagine cooking for 6800 passengers though so I didn't focus much on eating. I enjoyed the track around the lower deck and went to the gym a few times, both are very nice. My spa experience was nice however I didn't like trying to be sold products right afterwards. I'd say the only downfall of the ship is that the solarium didn't have a pool and that shade is limited on the pool decks. We were planning our next trip on Harmony before even leaving the ship! I was planning a family vacation for my younger sister and elderly parents but I didn't know what to do. A cruise turned out to be a great idea. This is the world's largest ship and it has activities for my introverted family. The family was able to watch shows and dinner together. We also were able to do our own activities in the day time. I enjoyed the ping pong tournaments, the Abyss slide, the three water slides and the high quality performance shows. The only criticism I would have is that I thought there should have been more activities. For example, the volleyball contest got cancelled due to rain but was never reschedule. I also wished there was a tour of the boat or kitchen area. I didn't get that in this trip. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I don't think there could have been a better idea for the family vacation. Read Less

This was my first Atlantis charter gay cruise. I was leery about the size of the ship, but I never felt it too large. There are so many areas to hang out, lots of smaller eating venues, that usually there were no lineups. I particularly enjoyed the calm and quietness of Central Park, with the lovely Park Cafe - a good spot for breakfast (hot sandwiches but no omelette station here) or lunch (soup and salad, either prepared or made to order) and a hot sandwich choice too. There was even hardly any lineup for Guest Services towards the end of the cruise! The regular RCL show Grease was really good and the ice show 1887 was phenomenal; Columbus the musical was a piece of fluff, but it was supposed to be a parody. The parade down the Promenade would be enjoyable for families. Overall, I enjoyed this size of ship, even without partaking in all of the special activities like mini golf, the Abyss slide, the water slides, the rock wall, and probably others I have forgotten! This would be a great ship for families, with lots to do for all! Read Less

We chose this cruise for an offer of 50 percent for a second ticket, the restautants were very good, the food very tasty, the preparation of the dishes very well, the service and the cleanliness of the rooms was good, the only thing that did not have much Personal tastes were the shows such as musicals and the "parade" if you can call it a group of disguised people walking on the 5th floor of the ship.Something that can also improve is the food that is offered after hours of the boufet, pizza and water is not the best option at least that was what I found after 11 at night on the cruise and in the brochure of activities and places of food did not mention anything open to go eat something "better than a simple piece of pizza" The experience in general was good, but to be the largest cruise in the world comparing it with the adventure of the seas, which is a smaller cruise ship, the difference was not so obvious. Harmony of the Seas, currently the largest ship at sea, is the perfect cruise for people who are easily bored. It has a huge variety of activities and very good entertainment. It truly is a resort unto itself. Getting off at the ports is a completely optional experience. PRO: This is a ship for those with multiple age groups and activity levels in their party. The halls are wide enough for scooters and those with mobility challenges; while two flowriders, a zip line, mini-golf, ice skating, 17 story slides, and more, keep those who are active busy. The ship is ENORMOUS or GINORMOUS as my 14 year old would say. She was impressed with the size of the kids club and said the other kids were very nice. The gym is larger than many back at home and the service staff was always cordial. This is a great ship for a conference, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome; yet the ship was large enough that the other passengers didn't even know that we were onboard. The cabins are average size but the closets are very well thought out. The entertainment, especially Grease and the Fine Line were some of the best I've ever seen at sea. There is always a buzz around the ship of various bands, etc. We liked the escape room too. CONS: The regular dinning venues are mediocre at best. This is a ship where I would HIGHLY recommend the speciality dinning. The Wonderland and Park 150 were good. We often ate at the free Park Cafe for breakfast and the Solarium for dinner. The main dinning room was pretty much inedible. It is a ship for drinking. Although this isn't a con, it is something to know if you are a non-drinker. Also, the Casino reeks of smoke, so much that we never went through nor played. The bathrooms, while well configured are small with only one plug in the ceiling. Also, they do NOT give you: shampoo, conditioner, or lotion; just a 2 in one canister adhered to the shower. The various venues in the ship always have music, this can be great but isn't always the most relaxing. There really isn't a place for "quite and calm" if you are trying to get away from it all. Also, because the ship is so big, one doesn't really feel the movement. This can be good for some people; however, I like to feel the ship move. Would I go again? Yes with a group. I think this is a perfect ship for either conventions or multi-age groups. There is certainly something WOW for everyone. Read Less

We chose this cruise to be on this amazing ship. I was a little worried about the number of people (6K guests), but RC does an amazing job distributing people throughout the ship. As you would expect it can get crowded in certain places at certain times, but those are fairly rare. The Royal IQ solution to booking shows is an easy way to make sure you have a seat when the time comes. The staff and waiters are excellent. The room is also great and well laid out to maximize your limited space. I would ignore all the up-selling that they bombard you with before the cruise. I would suggest trying out the main dining room before spending the extra dollars for their specialty restaurants. Drinks are expensive, but they offer a discounted 10 drink punch card after you are on the ship for a few days. It was a great experience!! I would do it again. Read Less

My partner and I took the first cruise out of Fort Lauderdale on this Ship for 3 days, which was amazing, and of course it would be since it was the first time it traveled in Florida. But what blew me away was we decided to do it again but this time for 7 days traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Haiti, Jamaica, and Mexico! The experience was just as amazing as the first cruise if not better. To me that shows the level of consistency and pride this company takes in there cruise line and ships! Getting on the ship was super quick, easy and convenient! We were greeted with amazing friendly staff and even on embarkation and disembarkation the music was playing as we arrived and left making it feel like we were on vacation even when leaving the ship. The ship is 10 stars beautiful. We had an ocean view balcony the first trip and this time a central park balcony! We received a free bottle of wine and a dinner in central park when we arrived, which was super cool not knowing we were getting that for free at all. Plus the room has more storage than we even needed and I even over packed haha! Its super modern compared to all other cruise line I have been on. We honestly ate at the Windjammer and had room service the entire trip its so good and convent we did not even need the dinner in the main hall this trip! But last trip it was for sure a great experience! The entertainment was above and beyond, I made it our ultimate goal to do everything on this ship this trip around (which in the end we did not even get to since there was so much to do). The play "Grease" was amazing but what really got me was the ice skating show (1887) and most importantly "Columbus" (A MUST SEE). Columbus has this old day MODERN THEME going on and it was truly original and even the staff looked like they enjoyed every second of performing on stage! We got to see puppeteers, comedians, and so much more like the late night evening game show event what the entire room of hundreds of people joined in to play the game. I have never seen an entire room with this many people get so involved in a game before i was truly impressed. The Excursions were something we normally do not do and we have take 10 plus cruises. But we were having a blast so decided lets do one every port! We were so impressed and will now do an excursion every Royal Caribbean Cruise we go on! Port 1 - Labadee, Haiti - Excursion - Dragons Flight Zip line - This Excursions started it off for us.The staff on the ISLAND which is owned by Royal Caribbean were amazing! We had this Australian Lady who was so upbeat and cool who took us from the training and practice all the way to the top and saying go. Service was outstanding! The zip line views are breathtaking and it is apparently the worlds largest zip line over water! (MUST DO THIS). Port 2 - Jamaica - Excursion - Horse back riding on trail and ocean - We have always wanted to ride horses, so that day we did and we had an amazing time. We were going thru the trails and learning how to ride horses and the sayings, we met the staff on shift who were helpful and cool. We then were taken knee deep into the turquoise color ocean waters and ran with the horses. Such an experience! Port 3 - Mexico, Cozumel - Excursion - ATV and Cave Diving - All I should say is FUN, FUN, & FUN! We were with a group of 20+ people and we all got our own ATV. We drove trough trails and to these beautiful caves and went cave diving! Well I did as well as a few others. This to us was such a bucket list kind of thing and it was great! So OVERALL this ship and and this Company are truly amazing and I already pre-booked the same exact cruise in December! Read Less

My Mom had business trip on this cruise and I can along! Amazing time, food was great and plenty. Staff was very kind and helpful. So much to do and see. Loved the Dog House, for their Coney Island hotdog. Windjammer always kept things fresh for selections of food. Something for everyone. I loved the Adult solarium. Nice and quiet, kid free, gorgeous views, and relaxing. The medical staff was very professional when we had to take my father to be seen. Due to the medical issue we had to miss our shore excursion and the Ship staff helped us to get reimbursed our cost. They have this Bionic Robot Bartender, it was cool to design my own drink and watch this Robot make it. Great to watch even if not ordering a drink. The Abyss, was intimidating at first, until I watched an 80 year old lady go down it and told me how much she loved. So I gave it a go, and I loved. Loved it so much going again on same ship next March. Read Less

We decided to book this cruise very well in advance (a year or so) to try the newest and biggest ship even though we are not fans of this size of ships. This was a Family cruise with a party of five, both of us (38 and 39) with around 16 cruises; and the in laws (51 and 65) and a teenager boy (17), for them their second cruise. for both of us this was more about the Ship than the ports of call and she did not dissapoint. In general I would say that we were really amazed and surprised by the ship, she is a true beauty in every aspect and also really really big, HUGE i would say. the art around the ship is really cool and give you sometimes the WAO factor, loved the comics style in the toilets around the ship. Embarkation: we did the online check in and uploaded the pictures in advance, once we arrived to the port terminal in less in our allocated time slot and in ten minutes we were on board. we did not get our Sea pass cards in the terminal but were informed they were going to be in the door of our stateroom in a sealed enveloped, this was great in the meantime we could use our SetSail documents to order things on board. it was not a problem. Once inside decided to go to Guest services (the only time there was not a queue during all the week) to buy the WOW bands. they work well but sometimes you still need the Card because you still have to take it out to give it to the waiter, they should implement that the waiters have a mobile device where they can read the band and card; however life is easier when you are spending your days at the pool and can leave the card in the stateroom. Cabin: we had a balcony D8 in deck 6, cabin 6584, perfect location in deck six, close to the elevators/lobby, easy access to the promenade and the spa/gym. this has to be one of the best designed cabins we have ever had, one of the most comfortables and spacious balcony cabins in RCCL, a lot of storage space, very well designed, big balcony, bathroom size OK. The balcony has perfect ocean views, the only thing I imagine could be a problem for some people (it was not for us) is that sometimes during the night you could hear a little of music from Boleros that is in deck five. Dining: Harmony provides you with so so many options to eat that would be impossible to try everything in seven days, we did our best and this is the result: - Windjammer Market Place a.k.a the main buffet: One of the best designed buffets in all RCCL, we ate there twice for lunch and the food was better than expected, no problem to find a table for two and service was around to order drinks. I imagine sometimes could be crowded but after all there six thousands passengers and 20 restaurants so the space is not designed to have all guests at the same time. a recommendation would be to be SMART when deciding where to eat and at what time. - The Solarium bistro: also a very nice option for lunch with a small buffet, not crowded at all. kind of a hidden gem. - Main dining room - The Grande: we had my time dining and when to the main restaurant just once for late dinner, food was average, service was average.but again is a question of preferences, the in laws loved it, for us it was OK. - Wonderland: a refreshing and interesting dining concept, we enjoyed the dinner and the surprises of the presentations. Service was great and the food was very good and weird. I would do it again... - 150 Central Park: maybe here we had some big expectations being this the most expensive restaurant on board, we were dissapointed and not because it was bad but because for the price (around 90 USD with wine pairing) you expect more than average. The food was OK but not worthy the price, the wine selection was also OK and the service was more like the main dining room than a specialty one. - Chops Grille: we are kind of fans of Chops in other smaller ships however here it was again a disappointment. Food was average, service was too fast and the design of the restaurant in Harmony makes it very noisy and loud, it was almost impossible to have a conversation because you couldn't´t hear a person through the table. I just can say that Chops in Harmony is not what it used to be some years ago in other ships. Again I would say is a question of personal taste, the in laws loved it.... - Jamie Oliver´s restaurant: Oh Boy where to start.... This was our favourite meal from all the cruise.... everything was on point and the food was extremely good. The service was amazing and the wine suggestions were on point. we just loved every minute of the meal and everything was tasty, yummy and gooooooooooooood. the atmosphere is also very cozy and familiar.... This is a MUST do more than once... - Sabor: we also had one dinner there for three of us and it was so gooooooooooooood and tasty and the service was excellent. The guacamole made table side is delicious... the tacos and quesadillas and small appetisers were enough to feed us in a sharing concept, it´s a must if you like this kind of food. The margaritas we tasted in the bar were also very good. - Park Cafe: this was our favourite place for breakfast, loved this small place. - Sorrentos: good pizzas for a snack during the day - Drinking package: we had our drinking package upgraded due to the changes implemented and for us it was worthy: specialty coffees, fresh juices, smoothies, wines, drinks, beer, and sodas... Entertainment: Spoiler free comments: it´s Amazing..... just book every single show: Grease, Columbus, 1897, The fine line, are a must see.... we missed the second aqua show and the iSkate due to schedule conflicts but again in seven days it´s not possible to experience all. The 90´s party and the celebration parade in the promenade were funny, the silent party was great....Waterslides and abyss.... you just have to try these.... I loved it. Service: in general I would say it was average taking into consideration most of the staff was close to finishing their contracts after the inaugural season. there is always the ones that make your cruise special but all the staff deserves gratitude and being treated good, after all they make our vacations, vacations...... Our stateroom attendant was great Ports of Call / Excursions: we didn´t get out of the ship in one week, do we regret it... NO way.... there is so much to do... and after all is enjoyable to have the pool deck almost empty sometimes to relax ;-P Disembarkation: easy breezy.... Would I sail in the Harmony or another Oasis class ship???.... YESSSSS... without any doubt but in the Caribbean... Read Less

The boat has several shows of entertainment and areas that meet the expectations both of the youngest and the areas where older people feel good also. I will strong recommend a cruise, at this ship to my friends who like to cruise every year because this is a new boat that i found very comfortable. I would like to repeat the experience of making a new cruise on this boat. It would be nice to cruise to another destination but with the same quality. In short an experience to repeat without question. Read Less

Boarding was excellent. Great service, staff were amazing. Really great shows and entertainment. Lots to do for children. The only thing I would recommend is a ocean view balcony as not a really nice bar were you can sit and watch the sea go by. Most things on this ship are internal. The ship was kept very clean. The cabins are really nice with lots of storage, the safe is small. American and European sockets. We eat in the American icon grill every night prebooked late dining, the food was very good and the menu change every night. There was also a set menu that didn't change. The ship was easy to get around with everything being internal you could see where you were from the lifts. You just have to remember boardwalk is deck six back of ship.
