The ship is nice and huge, the shows are spectacular, the cabin is new and clean. The food is nice if you go to the specialty restaurants, but if you go to the main dining option is just OK. The ports are really nice, but for some of them I think that it should stay longer. However the main complaint is the service. The lack of good customer service and their inability to resolve the one complaint we made while on board casts a shadow over my entire experience on this trip and with the cruise line in general. We chose this cruise because of the dates (school holidays) and the excitement of taking our 3 children on the biggest ship in the world. If you like a 'Disney - American' feel you will like this ship - except it doesn't come with the service or friendly staff.
