Worst cruise ever

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

heard it was the biggest in the world and wanted to try. The food quality is very bad. the free food selection in the main dinning room was the same everyday. The chicken feel like rubber in the mouth, some of the waitresses ( not the ones assigned to my table) told us that they do never recommend certain items to passengers because they were bad. A huge and heavy piece of toilet wall fell on ...

Awful

I am finding it hard to give a good rating on this ship. Deck 15 the chairs are awful and uncomfortable. The music stops mid day and doesn't continue to play. You can not hear anything over the loud speakers of you are at the pools with your children. Years of cruising I have never came across so many rude passengers. People would try and get on the elevators and not make room for others to get ...

Horrible experience

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Embarkation and debarkation were both very quick. The majority of the staff on the ship was rude, the entertainment places on board close at night (vacation is supposed to mean 24-hour possibility of fun), the “shows” and events put on by the cruise director led to complete nudity and the people involved were not asked to leave the event - they were encouraged, I was injured during a show again ...

Dining room food and service are terrible

The food was awful. I would compare the steak to a Waffle House steak. The wait time is ridiculous. Waiting 45 min for your appetizer to come was a normal night. Unless you’re drinking water, refilling your drink does not come without having to ask for it. The wait is so long, two nights we didn’t wait for dessert to come. The staff seems overrun. If you want to eat decent food, then get the ...

Great ship! Very friendly crew! Cabin numbe# 8321, strong odor of sewage outside of cabin for the duration of cruise. The dining was top notch, the entertainment needs a overhaul, activities on board are great, was very impressed with the level of care by all departments, just outstanding service and attention to detail! One of the best ships and crew you will experience! Traveled with family, ...

MOST HORRIBLE VACATION EVER!!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Royal caribbean’s harmony of the seas was the most horrible vacation ever!! This “vacation” was a waste of my money, caused me stress, and i will never go on rc again. And up until this point rc was my preferred cruise ship (i took rc on all cruises except 1). But never again!! FOOD AND SERVICE: We couldn’t get regular dining so we had to get my time dining. We made reservations for every ...

The food is awful; air conditioning is non existent; avoid Haiti

Definitely, avoid RC excursions; ABSOLUTE BEST excursion in St. Maartin is the small group sail with randomwind.com Avoid Haiti at all costs -- the beaches are like swimming in a disgusting pond; their were wild dogs coming off the mountains into the RC eating area; as you were eating lunch, locals were picking through the trash; food was awful. The food on RC has gone from 5 star down to 0 ...

Did not meet expectations

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Sorry for the novel, but it was necessary. We had high expectations going into this trip. We have travelled previously on Carnival Cruise Lines (out of Australia) and found them to be okay, not great, not bad either, lots of kids though, so a little busy. We were told by others that Royal Caribbean was better, that there were less kids and the quality was better. So, in our wisdom, we assumed ...

Beautiful Ship

We have cruised RCCL many times and enjoyed every cruise, including this one but do feel the food has definitely went down in quality. The crew were very friendly but feel RCCL is pushing there people to SELL,SELL. I think 40.00 for 3 short games of bingo is a little steep. The surcharge in Mexican restaurant was 23.00 per person. WOW! The aquatic show was terrific. Grease was really nice and ...

The Ship has it all.

The Harmony of the Seas is a beautiful Ship with numerous activities. The seas days flew by due to the amount and variety of activities. Food was great and staff was friendly. No complaints here. We have travelled the Caribbean extensively and at this stage the Ship is far more important than the ports of call. This ship met our expectations. Cabin was roomy and comfortable. We had an ...
