Cabin: 2 pairs of couple occupied 2 rooms, and 4 people had to share one room because it said it could fit. When we got to the room, it looked exactly the same as a room for people of 2. I suppose we are supposed to divide the big bed into half, and open up the sofa-bed for 2 people to sleep, but the sofa-bed is extremely short for the width, it honestly wouldn't fit someone that is over 5'9 if they slept horizontally, nor would it fit vertically because when we pulled out the bottom part, there was a really big height difference even if we put a mattress, which on the cruise, would NOT provide us, and would only give a thin layered cushion. We had to put a bunch of blankets on it to try to make it even but there was still at least 4 inch difference. You can imagine if you slept vertically your legs wouldn't feel comfortable. Not to mention the bottom part that they pulled out couldn't open to full because then we would have no walking space to the drawers and fridge. The cruise didn't explain well beforehand what the bedding would be like until we got to the rooms especially in our circumstance, within the group of 4 we had a couple, and a mother with a child.
I wouldn't say that the service was terrible, but it wasn't great either. When we got to guest services to talk about switching rooms or to have an extra mattress, the representative said no to all of the requests and advised that they are fully booked. They didn't give us any options and solutions as to how to help our situation so we had to really figure out on our own. In return, they offered us a free bottle of champagne, wow. Read Less
