This was our 4th cruise and first with NCL. We enjoyed our trip and saw many wonderful and scenic ports in Norway.

We chose this NCL Jade cruise for its itinerary: up the western coast of Norway and into the Arctic Circle. We were very pleased with most aspects of the cruise.

Chose this cruise for the marvelous places it was going at a reasonable price. That being said, IF we had not gotten the upgrade it would have been a very different story. We booked an outside cabin that would have been fine, but because we did a "guarantee" cabin NCL chose to move us from our first assigned cabin to a horrible location on the fourth deck. Overall, this was a very nice cruise! Beautiful ship, nice crew, great itinerary. We arrived in Hamburg a day early and stayed at the Sofitel Alter Wall. Great hotel, very comfortable and perfect location. A taxi ride from the airport was about 30 euro and from the hotel to the cruise port, another 30 euro.

As many of my cruises have been with Norwegian's newer, larger ships, the Jade was a return to a smaller, more traditional vessel.
