Better cruise than before, we were previously on Divina last year, MSC has pluses & minus's Plus Big clean ship, shows not bad, upgraded to Balcony very nice big room, MSC upgraded us both as we are Diamond+ on RCI, with some nice touches added as a black card holder. This was booked as a short break that fit in with a visit to Hamburg followed by a 3 night mini cruise back to the UK. First time with MSC and couldn't really fault. Great value taster cruise from Hamburg to Southampton on an "All Inclusive" basis. Ship is large and well laid out. Just returned from cruise with MSC Splendida (Hamburg - Orkney Islands, Iceland, Loch Ness, Amsterdam (was changed to Rotterdam the night before arrival)). Msc was a big disappointment. The fact that they do not have ice tea or lemonade for you to drink is ridiculous. They do not cater to American cruisers.Americans like to have coffee with dinner at a formal dinning room, it was not available and they would not go get it.
