Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on MSC Preziosa

This was a cruise that we have looked forward to for over a year. We had booked two connecting Fantastica Experience staterooms with included WiFi and the Easy Plus package. DSIL was coming along for her first trip to Europe so that made it special. We flew into Hamburg via Copenhagen with an open-jaw for our return flight so that we could include a visit to Copenhagen. We chose the Hotel Furst ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Preziosa

After many negative reviews I was so surprised, that MSC has devinitly levelled up! The Organisation of the cruise and the excursions was perfectly made, all passengers received a compensation of 50 euro after landing late in one of the harbours. The Opera Singers and the short version of "La Traviata" was excellent! I had expected high level parties, but received a wunderful journey with a lot of ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Europa

OVERVIEW: I have done multiple cruises with Hapag Lloyd's (HL) small luxury ships over the last eight years, the MS Europa (German is the on-board language) and the Europa 2 (German and English are on board languages). Amazingly, even since Covid, unlike on some other "luxury' lines, food, service, ship condition, and overall organization have remained outstanding on the Europa, nearly ...

I chose this cruise because I was interested in exploring Norwegian Sea all the way to Germany! I have not been before, but my first time over here was excellent. I can wholeheartedly say that MSC's cruises have been my favorite from my previous cruise experiences. It was packed with various amounts of food, leisure activities, and other events. I truly enjoyed my relaxing vacation here. ...

We wanted to sali on QM2 for a very long time, and 5 day cruise from Hamburg was a great opportunity. First glimpse of her at cruise terminal and already: wow! Ship makes very good first impression, its grand, elegant, with golden age liner look. A rare view comparing to other ships nowadays. Embarkation: Very, very smoth and very fast. It tooks us 35 min from entering terminal ...

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Queen Mary 2 (QM2)

I always wanted to cross the Atlantic on a real ocean vessel, which is the QM2. The ship met all of my expectations and then some. We were lucky enough to have the National Symphony onboard who entertained the guests with a wonderful program that included passengers in the chorale. The paintings of Cunard's ships past and present are all over the walls. History adorns the QM2 (in addition) ...

let me begin with the embarkation, it was fast and easy and everyone is very helpful. Only draw back, when I embarked, my bedroom is not yet ready, but it was fine, I had a mani-pedi while waiting for my room and she was really nice, I think her name is Latoya. The bedroom assigned to me was bigger than I expected. It was very comfortable and very clean. I have everything I need for my trip. ...

We have sailed on most major cruise lines, but this was our first Norwegian cruise. Overall we were very impressed. The food was the best ever and the crew was always accommodating and friendly. I was impressed by how well everything was organized. The excursions, embarking and disembarking as well. When returning to the ship from excursions we were always greeted by hot chocolate,l juice and ...

We wanted to see the far north area of Europe and go to North Cape. We enjoyed seeing the sun set for only a short period and crossing the Arctic Circle. We also wanted to spend some time in Hamburg, Germany before the cruise. We enjoyed the 11 days and all the excursions and stops on this cruise. As always, the entertainment on our cruise for top notch, the service at all the restaurants was ...

Norwegian Fiords spectacular scenery

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Norwegian Jade

I wanted something different than the usual Caribbean cruise, and this was an excellent choice. Every day was another spectacular scenic view and/or interesting town or small city. I highly recommend a Norwegian fiord cruise once in your life. The NCL Jade is a very nice ship, which looks new because of it's recent refurbish. You might expect one rough sea day, as this is the North Sea ...
