Food on MSC- problematic

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Seaside

The MSC Seaside is a nice enough ship, we saw good entertainment on board, and our excursions purchased through MSC were great. We chose the ship because of the itinerary. The FOOD on MSC, however, was a massive disappointment- our rating score reflects how we feel about our food experience. Both in the Main Dining Room and in the buffet, our food was often not hot enough, bland, or ...

Although izzit international cruise, but the food was not international. Terrible food, Food was cold, and cruise was quite old, casino is very small. And we had to queue long time for the food. Food was really bad on the ship. Repeated food for breakfast and lunch buffets. And no assistant to guide us about the room key, coz we are bunch of elderly, don’t know how to read instruction, no ...

Well I love seaside , we were cruising on February 2024. It was a different cruise from Guadeloupe than from Miami. Majority of cruisers were French , English was the minority. They actually told us one day in the guest services line we were in the French line up! What!!! I was taken to another service desk. Lol. Glad I did the port stops but won't do it again. (Stops were, Dominica, St ...

We are Platnum Carnival Cruise cruisers and decided to try MSC. We loved the ship, room Stuart was great and the bartenders we encountered were we also great. I like the buffet lay out easy to get to items I wanted. The shows were pretty good but we could not take any drinks in, that was a bummer#1. Now lets get to the pool area, well nice but cannot stand up in the pools, none of them, 6ft deep, ...

MSC Preziosa review: was on 7 days, just got back. St Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Martinique, St Vincent, Trinidad, & got on & off in Guadeloupe. Re ship: super clean, staff always cleaning, really spotless, made everyone getting on ship & before meals use sanitizer, which was an excellent idea. Layout: was travelling with 9 others & everyone got lost at some point. Only decks 7&14 went from ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary (12 different islands, no sea days), The ship was beautiful and both our cabin and all the public places were kept spotless. The servers we had in the dining room were attentive and did what they could to please. The food was good, but little of it was remarkable. We ate breakfast most days at the buffet as we were often preparing to head out on our ...

Went on a two week (back to back) cruise with my sister and my adult daughter. Girls cruise! SO excited. First time with Costa. We all enjoyed the cultural experience. Very few English speaking guests on board. We don't speak Italian or French but they had specific English embarkation and de-embarkation talks and any relevant announcements were given in 4 or 5 languages. The ship was ...

Our 3 main reasons for choosing a cruise were: 1) Relaxation, 2) good food, and 3) experiencing foreign cultures. Unfortunately we did't get any of it! Ad 1), The moment we entered the ship we found out that hundreds of young people were on board as well, and they had brought their own music, which they played loudly and constantly, especially around the pool-areas, so if you were more than 25 ...

After reading all the reviews I went with an open mind and little expectation Boarding was easy at Southampton and we were onboard by 1 pm Quick lunch in buffet and off we went to explore. Preziosa is a big ship and beautiful. The bars are big and plush. We had an inside on 11 and it was spacious and clean and kept nice every day. Food.......wasn't very good.Buffet a nightmare for ...
