The trip started off poorly when our bags were not immediately delivered at the airport carrousel. we were about 10 people and waited 1.5 hours. We were told by Air France they had been transferred to the ship directly, "like Costa". when we get outside the incompetent Rep from MSC was unable to answer anything.
