This was a major disappointment. Booked the loft suite level which is the Commodore level that comes with a butler. That concept was a joke. Never was given a tour of our suite and how to operate the mechanical drapes plus other perks that are outlined in their brochure. My friend and I did a 7 day cruise from New Orleans to Memphis. We had a mid range cabin on Deck 4 which had a table and 2 chairs on the deck. The cabin was comfortable but not luxurious. Regrettably, our $7K cabin had malfunctioning air conditioning. It was terribly hot so we were provided with a fan! On the fourth day of the cruise, a maintenance person fixed the air conditioning unit but the thermostat was irregular and lowered to 65 degrees. Exciting itinerary that should have been the hi light of our music route tour of the southern states but proved anything but.
