One week cruise from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janiero. The worst thing that happened on this cruise is as soon as we entered Brazilian waters, NCL added a 25% tax on every beverage in our so-called free beverage package. I took cruises back to back from Buenos Aires to Rio and from Rio to Barcelona on the NCL Star. I am Sapphire and have taken 17 cruises already with NCL. These cruises were definitively the worst I have taken with NVL so far. Why?

Holland America's Navigator is a poor Joke. HAL internet is like dial-up on a party line. Painfully slow, many sites won't load, not talking YouTube or games, you can barely get basic emails.
