TV in the room extremely dated. Restricted movie access and the information on movies was hard to find and flicked from screen to screen so you can't read all of what you need to. Very poor, out dated technology. Read Less

Found the mini suite cabins to be very roomy, well laid out and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were a little 'lumpy' but ok, and the cabin overall was well lit with a variety of lighting options (full light, dim lighting, bedside lighting etc). Loved the large 'walk in' style closet with loads of hanging space (and hangers!) as well as a large 2 door wardrobe where the safe could also be found. The mini safe itself should be called a micro safe - was too small to fit an ipad or small laptop in, but sufficient for jewellery, passports etc. The stateroom was broken loosely into two sections by a small dressing table on one side and a TV display unit on the other that house 2 TV's - one directed towards the bed, the other twoards the sitting area adjacent to the balcony. There was a small (1.5 seatre) sofa, a chair and a coffee table in the sitting area - quite spacious and still had plenty of floor space so that we could leave our suitcase there for quick access during our quick 2 night voyage! The sofa however was relatively hard and uncomfortable - making lying on the bed a more comfy location to watch TV. A shame really as to me it made the use of this lovely space worthless, except to sit down for a quick read of the ships daily. There was also room for a full 2 seater and had it been more comforatable this would definitlay be an asset to paying a premium for this extra space available in the mini suite grade. The balcony was a standard size, and something to be wary of is that they are uncovered. You look up and the 5 or 6 decks of balcony's above all look down on you. I wouldn't be doing anything out on the verandah to be too concerned about, but one did feel somewhat exposed. Likewise, no shelter for wet weather use, nor shade in the heat. Onto the bathroom - we initially were not impressed when we opened the bathroom to find a step over tub/shower combo vs a dedicated shower. It seems a bath is considered a luxury (as standard cabins do not offer these) but to me that would mean it would need to be deep and long enough to be considered a true bath !! It also had the dreaded shower curtain - I loathe these at shore or at sea and just thing they are filth mongers. However initial thoughts aside, the shower itself was great - hot and good water pressure. Princess also won back some brownie points as the bath curtain actually had magnets in the bottom hem - so it stuck to the bath edge and not the bather! It wasn't such an issue as a consequence! As the sink and vanity area ran parallel to the bath, it provided alot more bench space than we've seen in other shipboard bathrooms. The toilet was in the middle, providing a quite roomy bathroom configuration. Read Less

The room was in good condition (balcony room) and we were very happy with its cleanliness and service provided by the stewards. We were mid-ship on deck 11 and fund it a decent location on the ship. Level 12 and 11 balconies are rather private however decks 10 and below are visible from above. There was one issue with the toilet but it was resolved quickly. Have a think about the direction your ship will travel in relation to the coastline you may be passing by and book your cabin on the appropriate side of the ship. Read Less

It was smaller than most in this class. But it was clean and well maintained by the friendly and helpful steward.

Cabin was more than adequate for a 3 night cruise - not sure how I would feel if I had to spend 30 days - but with the balcony and all of the public rooms I don't think it would be a problem. Our steward was very nice and helpful.

Great room, large balcony. I was happy being close to the aft, not much affect from the waves. Lots of room for clothes. Storage for suitcases under the bed.
