After reading so many negative reviews of the MSC Preziosa, our entire family felt that we have to share our great onboard experience.

Warning signs started when we borded and we couldn't find the life jackets in the wardrobe. Later on our steward found them stuffed way under the bed where you couldn't see them without a flashlight. Had a complication pre-cruise. 10-15 calls (on hold 30-50 minutes each time) to courteous but unhelpful call center. Was told continuously to call back and ask for supervisor. I did to no avail.

We chose this cruise because we thought MSC will be a good choice. What a disappointment ,so much so that we wanted to get off earlier.
There is no service. The staff is unfriendly and not prepared to help.
The food is the worst ever. We even lost weight. That was a first! on our previous trips(not MSC)we each gained 6 kilo's. Food choices are very limited and not at all tasty.

Started at Genoa and did France Spain and back to Italy on the Costa Fortuna.
Rooms were great like most cruise ships, clean and always well looked after by our stewart.

This is our 4-th cruise and we chose it mostly because of the ship, since the itinerary is not the best. Palma de Majorca and Valencia are nice, but the other places are not worth the trip.
