As first time cruisers, we'd have appreciated more information before leaving the UK regarding known differences between standard package holidays and cruises. The embarkation process was slick and well organised, and we were well looked after on board - though frequently felt rushed when eating. First time on a cruise bit daunting what to expect! P & 0 are very organised from embarking the ship to disembarking. You check in your luggage at the airport and then don't see it until its outside your cabin door. You barely felt the ship was moving.
