We booked all inclusive package for couple (3 massages p/p). When we tried to schedule our massages the spa reception lady told us that they cannot accommodate the time when we wanted to have our massage. We previously cruised on Costa, Carnival and Holland America as suite guests. We purchased a suite on MSC. Having had a big problem on the previous MSC cruise, we were not sure what to expect but went with an open mind. MSC sinfonia, shambles .... Before I start this was not the first cruise I have done with MSC albeit the first on sinfonia. The holiday started poorly and did not get much better.
